At the Ball in Nymphenburg we strive to make very first ball night a magical experience. We understand that each person has their unique style and needs, which is why we offer a range of services to make the night complete. From a ‘Beauty to go’ to ball gifts distribution and even a shoemaker, we have it all. Take a look at our list below to find out more about all the services we offer and how you can make your ball night even more special
"Beauty to Go" (MAKE-UP & HAIRDRESSER)
You will have the opportunity to have your make-up done or perfected by our MUAH artists. Appointments booking will be available 2 month before the event
Parking
Wish you come by your car, you have designated parking spots 200 m away from the main entrance
Lost & Found
The Lost&Found office is located on the ground floor.
Live Broadcast
The live broadcast of the opening ceremony will be shown in the following areas: TBD
Photo & Video
There will be photographers and videographers working on our site. Wish you get professional pictures and videos from the event, find their contacts in our Information Stand in the EG Foyer.

Information desk is located in the EG Foyer
Donation Boxes
Donation boxes for Pidhirtsi Castle and DniproFamilies will be located in the following areas: TBD
Smoking areas
Smoking (including e-cigarettes with liquids or heets) is prohibited at the Nymphenburg Palace. However, smoking is allowed in the two designated areas in the inner yard and by the main entrance (TBD)
