SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping policy

Shipping within Germany and the European Union are free of charge from an order value of €80. FRANELINNI orders leave the studio 2 x per week during the time of high demand. Otherwise order is being shipped within 3 business days.
The shipment is carried out by DHL or Deutsche Post AG and its international partners. All shipping costs to countries outside the European Union are listed in the table below. If your country is not in EU, please contact our Franelinni Customer Care and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

All the orders with value under €80 are being shipped with flat rate of €5.99.

Personal Delivery (Munich)

If you or your gift recipient lives in Munich or nearby, you can contact our Franelinni Customer Care to arrange date and a time for delivery.

If your order is placed before 12.00 am and ready to ship, same day delivery is possible at a cost of extra €12.
​
Gift Wrapping
​
All Franelinni creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and shipped in an elegant gift box with tissue paper.
​
But if you wish to add and element of surprise for a holiday season or for the special occasion, we offer you to add personalised Gift Card with a message and festive gift wrapping for extra €5.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return shipping is at your own expense. You can return your order to us within 14 days of acceptance without giving any reason (Return Policy).

In order to ensure a smooth refund, make sure your return or exchange meets the following conditions:

If your Franelinni creation has a damage which you didn't report right after receiving, it CANNOT be returned.

Creations with signs of use, damage or alterations (attempt to fix or replace something by yourself or somebody else, resizing...) cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy and must be packaged in the original packaging (proof of purchase is not included with shipment). Include proof of purchase with the item.

Personalized creations cannot be returned
Place the Franelinni piece you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging. Place the item in a shipping carton along with the completed returns form. Please ensure the box is properly sealed before attaching the shipping label.

All returned creations are first subjected to a quality control. You will be notified of the results. The amount will be processed within the following 14 business days to the original payment method.
