Custom Order

Thank you for your interest in our premium class designer jewelry Franelinni! We are delighted to hear that you are interested in a custom order. Please feel free to reach out to us with more details about the order so we can provide you with an estimated price and timeline.

Here is how it works:

1. You send us inquiry:

   • for whom and wich age

   • what occasion

   • what kind of jewelry

   • preferences of the person for colors, motives

   • what kind of outfit should it be compatible with

   • sizes

   • references, if present

   • deadline.

2. We send you an offer for a call to meet and clarify details. After that we calculate the approximate cost and timeline. Final cost may be +-15% from the estimated price.

3. As soon as we discuss everything and the design idea is clear, you send us the first prepayment of 65% from the final cost

4. Only now our designer will prepare the sketch and we will send it to you for approval.

5. Once design is approved we create a moodboard with materials selection, agree with you to add or exclude ones you prefer not to use.

6. Then work begins. In between stages you'll see intermediate results. At this moment you'll have 3 change requests. Every next request comes with an extra charge.

7. As soon as work is finished, it will be shown to you, packed and sent.

Important:

• Finished design cannot have change requests

• Custom order cannot be returned

• Custom order can be cancelled before materials are ordered. In this case prepayment cannot be returned.

• Depending on complexity, development may take from 10 to 20 business days

• We give you a 12 month warranty. During this period you can give us your jewelry piece for repair or maintenance for free.
